Mi Va Mi means “who’s who” in Hebrew. We are the who’s who of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean Cuisine, right here on Kaua’i. We offer authentic, homemade dishes prepared with individualized care and inspired by the traditional spices, tastes and aromas of the Middle East and Mediterranean.
The secret to our unique tastes and flavors is in the spices, many of which are not commonly found on Kauai. Our chef explores exotic spices such as Hawaii, harissa, sumac, za’atar, and cardamom.
His featured spice is Zhug, a Yemenite salsa of cilantro, parsley, spicy pepper, and coriander, used with every dish and delicious as a condiment.
All produce and meats are carefully selected as much as possible from the freshest local choices.
